To guarantee that students have the necessary aptitude and abilities to undertake the CS course and become successful professionals who can satisfy the expectations of stakeholders, CSEET may be adopted in place of the Foundation Course for admission to the Company Secretary Executive Programme.
Eligibility to participate in CSEET
Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination or an equivalent examination recognised by the Central / State Government or any other higher examination recognised by the Central / State Government are eligible to take the CSEET.
The following subjects would be included in CSEET:
1. Business Communication;
2. Legal Aptitude & logical Reasoning;
3. Economic and Business Environment;
4. General Knowledge and Current Affairs;
Mode of the CSEET
The CSEET will be an online test with multiple choice questions (MCQs) that will be administered at approved test centres around the country. The exam will be open all year, and students can register for it at any time, on a pre-determined date and time, by paying the required cost.
Criteria for Eligibility
The CSEET will be a 200-point qualification exam, with 50 points for each topic. The qualifying requirements will be a 50 percent overall average and a minimum of 40 percent in each subject.
Validity of CSEET
Result Qualifying marks will be valid for one year from the date of CSEET for taking admission to the Executive Programme.
Pre-Examination Test Available Online
Each topic should have an online pre-examination test developed and made required for students to pass before enrolling in an Executive or Professional Program examination.
